The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol and one alive cartridge from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.08.2018 and on investigation, police submitted the charge sheet against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71301 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S.
