This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.01.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur at Vaishali in Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a copy of the order dated 12.04.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali in Mutual Divorce Matrimonial Case No. 103 of 2023.

No.24845 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 From the order sheet it appears that the girl has also got Rs. 14 lacs by way of demand draft and the parties had decided to end all the disputes including the present dispute. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 Shri Anil Kumar Tiwari also supports the factum of settlement between the parties.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 03.01.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur at Vaishali in Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021 is hereby quashed. The copy of the order sheet produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Ram Shankar Das is kept on record.
