The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.02.2020 and is a person of clean antecedent, seeks bail in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 dated 23.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that he is not the author of the injury on the victim; rather he is the order giver. There is a pending land dispute between the parties and therefore the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner and the informant are neighbours also.

No.20638 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020.
