This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Masharkh P.S. Case No.656 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(1), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

The petitioner is said to have injured the victim.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
