Petitioner along with two others while proceeding over motorcycle were apprehended by the police and during course of search, a countrymade loaded pistol along with five live cartridges, mobile set was recovered from petitioner while from the possession of others only mobile sets were recovered and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.08.2016, having absence of criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Vinay Kumar Diwana is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. L. B. Paswan, Judicial Magistrate,
