Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 10.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43210 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 43927 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is also dismissed.

The case is of the year 2020. It is very surprising that the accused persons are roaming freely without any interim

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today and if he does not surrender within the aforesaid period, the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to take all coercive steps to arrest the petitioner.

Office is directed to communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad for its compliance through FAX immediately.
