ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-09-2015 Since active steps have been taken for production of the witnesses and only the informant is left to be examined, I see no justification for reviewing the earlier order. Hence the prayer for bail is once again rejected with direction to the Court below to take stringent steps for ensuring attendance of the informant so the trial would be concluded expeditiously.

Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of police, Nawada for production of the informant before the Court concerned on the date so fixed, through Fax at the cost of the petitioner.

The application is dismissed.
