Mr. Dr. Ajeet Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 This application has been preferred seeking modification of the order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1419/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while filing the said writ application the petitioner mentioned the Engine Number as described in the seizure documents by police but when the petitioner went for getting release of the vehicle after the order was passed by this court, it was noticed that police has incorrectly recorded the Engine Number. In

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72957 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 paragraph-6 of this application it is stated that now the S.H.O., Baikunthpur has reported that the actual Engine Number of the vehicle is TDJ4A78226. It is, therefore, prayed that the correct Engine Number be recorded in the order.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the order dated 03.07.2018 be read with correct Engine Number being TDJ4A78226 in place of wrongly recorded SHG24MBA7ROB7WWD.

Rest of the order shall remain intact.
