2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 36.270 liters foreign liquor was recovered from a bag and box kept in the courtyard of Basa of this petitioner covered with soil.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got one criminal
