JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Singh No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Narendra Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 8.12.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 52610 of 2015. Prayer for bail has been renewed on the ground that though petitioner is in custody since 23.2.2015 till date no adequate progress has taken place before the court below.

Keeping in view the period of custody as well as submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that no

Accordingly let the petitioner Naresh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Patna/ concerned court in connection with S. Tr. No. 469 of 2015, Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015.
