The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted that the postmortem report does not reflect any injury.
Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2010, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50448 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.210 of 2010 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M.
Muzaffarpur.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
