Respondent :Radha Krishna Mishra & Anr Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Birju Prasad, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: In pursuance of notification no. 14/DLA-NITI (Fist Appeal)-113/13-943/Ra dated 17.08.2015, learned AC to GP-26 prays for withdrawal of the Appeal as the decretal amount is Rs. 4,09,578.00/-.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed off.

Learned counsel for the State has assured that the decretal amount with up-todate interest will be deposited within three months from today and the respondent(s) shall be free to withdraw the same in accordance with law. The order is being passed in presence of learned AAG-8 who has been authorized to supervise the cases on behalf of the State. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
