Petitioner is accused in connection with Narkatiaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 374 of the I.P.C. and 26 of the Juvenile Justice (care and protection of children) Act.

The petitioner was intercepted at the Railway Station with 12 juveniles, who were being carried for the purposes of employment at Punjab.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2016 and the only punishment for the offence under section 374 of the I.P.C. is one year. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Narkatiaganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016.
