2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusations against as many as nine accused are all general and omnibus in nature. The accusation of taking away Rs. 25,000/- is not attributed to the petitioner and the injury to the informant is said to be simple in nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the

No.47113 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
