The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is alleged that six bottles of foreign liquor and one ATM Card have been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.09.2016. In the aforesaid circumstances and keeping in view the period already spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54135 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kishanganj, in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016.
