2. The petitioners by way of this writ petition claims consideration for grant of promotion in the higher pay scale on the basis of their ranking in the gradation list.

3. The respondents have filed their reply and pointed out that the petitioners fall at sl.no.347 and 348 in the gradation list, while persons upto sl. no.315 in the gradation list have already been granted promotion. In view thereof, the claim of

4. The claim of the petitioners regarding promotion given to two persons mentioned in the writ petition is concerned, it is noticed that both of them belong to S.C. category while the petitioners belong to general category.

5. Keeping in view thereto, no case for interference is made out, however, after 2015, in future promotions, the case of the petitioners would be considered and the dismissal of this writ petition would not come in his way.
