Petitioners seek bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.772 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(i), 34, 38(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 1600 bottles of cough syrup total 160 litres has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74493 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.772 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
