The present writ application has been filed for grant of extension for the date of submission of the application fee/examination fee for 31st Bihar Judicial (Pre) Competitive Examination as due to failure of the internet link, the petitioner could not deposit the fee. The relief as prayed for in paragraph no.1 reads as follows:- "That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to grant extension of dates or payment link to deposit application fee/examination fee for BPSC 31st Bihar Judicial (Pre) Competitive Examination and link to submit application and uploading of documents in pursuant to advertisement no.

04 of 2020 or make alternative arrangement so that petitioner may deposit application fee and appear in the examination being judiciary aspirants inasmuch as due to technical glitch petitioner could not deposit the application fee despite his best effort. And further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Ashok Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the B.P.S.C. submits that during pendency of writ application,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6222 of 2020(5) dt.14-09-2020 3/3 due to present pandemic, the last date of submission of form for 31st Bihar Judicial (Pre) Competitive Examination has been extended till 12.09.2020, hence the present writ application has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, hence, the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
