2. The petitioner, who is husband of opposite party no.2, apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 , 504 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code .
3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on the intervention of well wishers, parties have resolved their dispute and have compromised the case.
4. Factum of compromise is not controverted by learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2.
5. In view of the aforesaid development, in the event

No.24843 of 2024(3) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Bhojpur in Complaint Case No. 503 of 2019 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the conditions mentioned in the compromise petition, if any .
