2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 299 of 2024 lodged on 19.07.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 117, 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that it is the second anticipatory bail application, on which Counsel for the State vehemently opposes and submits that second anticipatory bail can be entertained only in the changed circumstances. No change circumstance has been pleaded in the application.

3. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 299 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23505 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 2024 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIIIth, Saran at Chapra. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Neha/- U T
