Petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura (Bharrahi OP) P.S. Case No.601 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
Supplementary Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that two more cases are pending against the petitioner. Let the same be kept on record.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. There is no recovery of any incriminating articles from his conscious possession. In the impugned order itself, it is mentioned that on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner some cash amount has

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi OP) P.S.
