Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded katta and six live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 1.6.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that for the same occurrence, two cases were also registered which have been mentioned in para 3 of the petition and prior to institution of the present case, only one case had been registered against the petitioner in the year 2008.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
