1. The contention of the petitioner is that despite grant of conditional bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 21624 of 2014 (Annexure-2), the accused Pawan Paswan has not surrendered and has not deposited the sum of Rs. 34,26,000/- as directed by this Court while granting conditional anticipatory bail to him.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner surrendered himself before the Police and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, Police has granted the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.714 of 2021(6) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 accused -Pawan Paswan the privilege of Police bail, however, charge sheet has now been submitted and the accused person shall be required to surrender before the court below and get regular bail. The Police bail was granted during the course of investigation.

3. Taking into consideration the submission advanced on behalf of the parties and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted as such no direction need be issued by this Court.

4. The writ application stands dispose of.
