Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall fairly write to the respondent no. 2, namely, The Registrar, Patna High Court, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Veerchand Patel Road Area, Patna-800028, highlighting the issue, subject matter of the present writ petition, and the petition be disposed of reserving liberty to file afresh, should the need so arise subsequently, more so, after a period of three months from today.
