The petitioners have moved for quashing of the order dated 30.06.2015 in Complaint Case No.364(c)/2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria under Sections 323, 341, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the matter is decade old and as such he may be granted liberty to take all the points at an appropriate stage before the concerned
