JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 02-02-2023 Heard Mr. Radha Mohan Singh, Advocate duly assisted by Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Naresh Prasad, learned counsel for the informant as also learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1995 of 2019 instituted under Sections 120B, 498A, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the IPC. Good sense prevailed upon the parties and as per the mediation report, the couple arrived at a compromise duly signed by them on 25.01.2023.
Taking into account the aforesaid positive
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22601 of 2022(4) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 development, this Court is inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Sub-ordinate court within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No.1995 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
