Petitioner seeks bail in Musrigharari PS Case No. 106 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the IPC and Sections 47 and 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is entitled to parity in the matter of grant of bail with co-accused Arvind Rai, who has been allowed bail upon custody for a period of four months in Cr. Misc. No. 64390 of 2018. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 5.8.2018 Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the
