The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 560 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
