This application for regular bail arises out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020, Special Case No. 1514 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the F.I.R., that from the petitioner's possession, the police recovered 2.6 liters illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
