The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a) and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 24.03.2022, he is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of nine months in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise
