Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners entered into the house of the informant and petitioner No 1 assaulted the informant on the order of petitioner No 2 on her private parts and dragged her and tried to kill her by putting live electric wire in her hand.
It is submitted that both the parties are pattidars and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22620 of 2023(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 due to pending land dispute, this false case has been registered against these petitioners. Rest of the allegations are ornamental and super addition. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claims clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned ACJM - I, Jhanjharpur in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.
