The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. According to FIR co-accused Guddu Kumar caused firearm injury near the neck of Anish Kumar. The petitioners were also firing however, no injury was caused by the petitioners. Submission is that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
