2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 98 of 2025 arising out of Sahebganj (Rajepur) P.S. Case No. 523 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, Sonu Kumar, Dhiraj Kumar and Anil Kumar are said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. The petitioners are the grandfather and father of the Sonu Kumar, Dhiraj Kumar and Anil Kumar. They are in jail custody since 17.10.2024 and 10.12.2024 respectively.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class of Court No. 7, East, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 98 of 2025 arising out of Sahebganj (Rajepur) P.S. Case No. 523 of 2024.
