The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the complaint petiton, which is the basis of the F.I.R., is filed after five months of the alleged occurrence. In the medical examination, the victim was found major. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., did not disclose the name of this petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8030 of 2017 (3) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
