The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S.Case No.181 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 384, 385 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be chaukidar is of gambling and snatching money from the others. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than two months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73433 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihri in connection with Chhauradano P.S.Case No.181 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
