Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalganj Police Station Case No. 307 of 2018, with the following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21586 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
