The petitioner is a Headmaster in Town Middle School, Hazipur, which is a Government Aided School run by the private Managing Committee. The service of the petitioner has been terminated vide order dated 27.07.2004 contained in Memo No. 17 (Annexure-1) and the order dated 16.08.2004 contained in Memo No. 635 (Annexure-2) to the present writ application. The aforesaid orders have been passed by the Chairman of Adhoc Managing Committee-cum-Area Education Officer, Hajipur and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14860 of 2004 (5) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 the District Superintendent of Education, Hajipur at Vaishali respectively.

The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur, under Rule 13 of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Dispute Redressal Rule, 2015 for redressal of his grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
