The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered when two persons including the petitioner were found along with motorcycle on the road. Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of 6 months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22576 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 (Spl. Case No. 1627 of 2019), with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
