2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 498 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 316(5), 318(4) of the BNSS.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that while working as field worker of Bharat Financial Inclusive Limited, he collected Rs. 87,033/- from loanees but did not deposit the amount in the company's account and similarly, he misappropriated the same.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire amount agreed upon between the parties, has been paid to opposite party no. 2 vide Bank Draft of Punjab National Bank
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21195 of 2025(4) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 bearing No. 688395, amounting to Rs. 87,033/- in favour of Bharat Financial Inclusive Limited, Mokama. The said draft has been received by Mr. Majid Mahboob Khan, learned counsel for the informant in Court. The copy of the bank draft is annexed with the record as token of receipt.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III, Barh in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 498 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
