JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2015 Prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to issue him the original National Trade Certificate. Admittedly, the petitioner passed the said test in the examination held in the month of July 1992 in relation to the session 1990-92.

The provisional National Trade Certificate has been issued to him on 18.1.1993. All these years he has patiently waited for issuance of original Trade Certificate, which has not been done in so many years.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21562 of 2014 dt.12-02-2015 2/2 In view of the same, since the petitioner has already filed an application with the requisite fee, the Registrar, State Council for Vocational Training, Bihar and the Director, National Council of Vocational Training are directed to ensure that the original Trade Certificate is issued in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Writ is allowed.
