The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47, 53(B) and 53(C) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. It has been alleged that 32 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail since 29.7.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Vishvakrma Chauhan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016.
