The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.4 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In view of Section 76 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, this application is not maintainable and, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this application to make prayer for regular bail in the court below concerned.

Prayer is allowed.
