2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in the prayer portion of the petition, in place of "District Kishanganj", "District Araria" has been typed. Accordingly, the same was carried in paragraph-4 of the order dated 06.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13429 of 2019.

3. In the above view of the matter, let the words "District Araria" as typed in paragraph-4 of the order dated 06.03.2019 be treated as corrected to read as "District Kishanganj".

4. Order dated 06.03.2019 is modified only to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24364 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 above extent.

5. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of order dated 06.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 13429 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24364 of 2019 stands disposed of.
