JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.01.2017 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 2376 of 2015 whereby while taking cognizance of the offence under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.
