Petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No.426 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that during course of checking of Admit Card this petitioner was arrested by the police on the ground that he was having Admit Card of Sumit Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been arrested merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71985 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S.
