JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 420, 406 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no connection with the main accused Bidya Prasad Rai, Panchayat Secretary whose duty was to distribute the Gramin Khadya Suraksha Yojana Cards and false allegation has been made that the petitioner has been collecting Rs. 200/- against each card. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated due to politics.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43139 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Umar Ali, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
