JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 47(a) and 47(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 5 litres of country made mahua liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2016. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of this application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
