The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa (Sonbarsa Kachahari O.P) P.S. Case No. 989 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 325, 308, 354, 380, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that eight persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner having variously armed with weapons reached at the door of the informant and started constructing a house. When informant Ravindra Yadav made protest then this petitioner gave Farsa blow at the head of the informant causing blood oozing injury. Thereafter, other person rushed to save the informant, but they were also assaulted.

No.71453 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of causing head injury by means of Farsa, but the injury found on the head of the informant was caused by hard and blunt substance and only cut injury was found on the right index finger, which is of simple of nature. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Saharsa (Sonbarsa Kachahari O.P) P.S. Case No. 989 of 2018.
