2. The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 05.10.2012 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Rajgir in Land Dispute Case No.70 of 2011.

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that statutory remedy under law is to file appeal before the Divisional Commissioner in this

Patna High Court CWJC No.14619 of 2015(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 matter.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail statutory remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority under the Statute within four weeks from the date of passing of this order.

5. The delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
