No. 25417 of 2015 to the extent that in the last portion of order be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur instead of Patna. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Let in the last portion of the order be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur instead of Patna. The period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection Bihta P.S. Case No. 303 of 2014 pending in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46382 of 2015 (02) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur. The order dated 14.07.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
